Founded in 2012, with the objective of providing scalable, quality and transparent assessment & recruitment solution to Corporates & Industries in manufacturing & service sector to assess & benchmark resources to fit their requirement, and thereby fulfilling the industry’s skilled human resource requirements.

For Apprenticeship and Recruitment support, we provide an end-to-end service to our client. We bridge the gap between demand (Industry demand) & supply (skilled resources) by connecting suitable candidates with the industry. For this purpose, we have network and partnership with colleges, universities, ITIs, Diploma colleges, State Skill Missions and other stakeholders. We are authorized by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) as a Third Party Agency (TPA) for implementation of National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) on Pan India basis. Currently, we are proud to have collaborated with over 300 corporate and industries with some of our prominent clients being Ultratech cement, Bajaj Motors, Keventers, Luminous inverters, Kohinoor, Supreme, Exide, Anand Group, Polyplastics Group and many more. We connect candidates with higher education institutes for providing them access to higher education during their gainful engagement with Industry.

For Assessments, we provide a large option of integrated suite of assessment tools including Web Based Tools, Automated OMR Tools, Mobile (voice) and app-based tools to meet the specific and contextual assessment requirements of the stakeholders. Our assessment solution provides a comprehensive score based on a set of tests available in multiple languages and formats, analyzing candidates’ logical ability, reasoning, communication, sector knowledge etc. which not only makes the hiring decision easy and rational but also saves hiring cost by administering these tests remotely and choosing from the best fit.
